We listed and sold two homes with Dana as our Realtor®. Based on her knowledge of the local housing market, we were able to select initial listing prices that were realistic, yet were within our target price range. When offers were received she took the lead on negotiations and positioned us to accept an unusual offer, having three contingencies, while allowing our properties to remain on the market, which ultimately led to better offers that went to settlement. Dana was great. It took 6 months to buy a new house and sell the former. Dana was there throughout, proving excellent advise and service. Her guidance on buying the new home and recommendation to utilize a specific banker made all the difference. Her perseverance helped the buyer's of my former home get straightened out locally and this contributed to the sale. It was a drawn-out process but that was the state of the market. I've both bought and sold a home with Dana and she's fantastic. She knows the area and knows what you can reasonably expect. She's very organized and makes sure the right things happen in the process at the right times. She politely re-routed us when we were off-target on price or other expectations. She kept in touch with us through both processes, making sure we knew what was happening and keeping us appraised of any changes in schedule. Basically, she did a great job.
