When I first met Dana last summer, I assured her that she would be our real estate agent from start to finish. Frankly, we were not disappointed. Dana worked patiently with us as this was our first home purchase. We listed and sold two homes with Dana as our Realtor®. Dana was great. It took 6 months to buy a new house and sell the former. Dana was there throughout, proving excellent advise and service. Her guidance on buying the new home and recommendation to utilize a specific banker made all the difference. Her perseverance helped the buyer's of my former home get straightened out locally and this contributed to the sale. It was a drawn-out process but that was the state of the market. Dana kept at it and eventually it all worked out very well. I would highly recommend her both for her expertise but also a very positive personality. Thanks Dana!
